Each individual natural person may hold only one registered Account on spd888. If spd888 identifies multiple Accounts registered to the same individual (identified by name, address, device, payment method, IP address, or any combination thereof), all secondary Accounts will be immediately closed, all bonus funds forfeited, and the matter may be escalated for investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your spd888 username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. spd888 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. spd888 reserves the right to apply an administrative dormancy fee as disclosed in the Fee Schedule, or to close the Account and transfer any remaining balance in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Bets placed with Bonus Funds that contribute toward wagering requirements must meet the minimum odds and eligible game restrictions specified for that bonus.

In the event of a technical malfunction during any game or transaction, spd888 will endeavour to restore the game to its pre-malfunction state where technically possible.
